By accessing or using MochiMockup (the "Service"), operated by LAP Data Consulting LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MochiMockup is an online tool that allows users to generate photorealistic device mockups by uploading their designs and selecting from a library of templates. The Service is available via web browser and as a Figma plugin.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have access to a limited set of templates. Paid plans ("Pro") unlock additional templates, higher export resolutions, and other premium features as described on our Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
You retain full ownership of any designs, images, or other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of generating your mockups.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and use Your Content.
Mockups generated using the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, including portfolios, app store listings, marketing materials, and client presentations. You may not, however:

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including mockup templates, 3D renders, UI design, code, and branding, are owned by LAP Data Consulting LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Mockups you have already downloaded remain yours subject to Section 7.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAP Data Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
